We were engaged by the business to not only ensure that they were achieving full potential commercially but also that the customer was being considered at every stage of the journey.
We initially reviewed a previous project from the customer perspective and engaged actual customers in the process. We then devised and implemented a customer/sector focussed strategy which resulted in a restructure to support the centralisation of a number of services.
We also led the implementation of an effective integrated technology platform. Centres of excellence were defined and created for key growth centres ensuring an integrated joined up approach that optimised the opportunities for the business.
The company were part of delivering the bid for the largest FM project procured, resulting in them winning the framework.
Centralisation resulted in reduced costs and overheads.
