We as a company value the feedback we get from our customers above all else, the relationships we build with those customers mean the world to us. However, at times it is a nice feeling to see what we do, recognised in other ways.

So it is with great pride and honour that we announce that we at CXY have been shortlisted for the “Service Excellence” Award in the North East division at the upcoming Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Awards.

“To be shortlisted is an absolute honour” states CXY CEO Kate Cooper-Fay, “To be recognised by the FSB, an organisation that we are honoured to be a member off, is truly humbling, as well as a recognition of the all hard work that the staff at CXY put into helping our customers optimise their businesses.”

Being shortlisted in this category shows that while we always get our customers to work towards what matters the most to their customers, whether that be the internal or external customer, we practise what we preach, and always look to do what matters most to OUR customers.

The awards take place in Newcastle on March 10th, and hopefully, we will have a positive outcome for these awards.
